How it works

From finished job to sent invoice in three steps.

TabEagle's whole job is to let you finish the paperwork while you're still standing on the job site. Here is the entire flow — there is no step four.

Create

Choose your customer, add the work, and confirm the amount.

New invoice screen

Add the details

Include notes and job photos so your customer can see what was completed.

Photos & notes on an invoice

Text and get paid

Send one link your customer can open and pay without downloading TabEagle.

Send by text or email

Then, on your customer's phone

Professional for you. Effortless for your customer.

Your customer taps one link and sees a clean page with everything they need — no account, no app download.

  • Your business name, logo, and phone
  • The work, itemized with dates
  • Job photos
  • Taxes and discounts, when applied
  • The total due — updated live if a deposit was already paid
  • A pay button, plus Zelle, Venmo, or check details if you offer them
  • A downloadable PDF invoice
  • A clear "Paid" state once it is settled

A few useful details

What happens after you hit send.

The link stays current

If you revise the invoice or it gets paid, the same link shows the up-to-date state — your customer never looks at a stale copy.

Estimates convert

Quote first when the job needs it. An accepted estimate converts to an invoice, and you can request a deposit against it.

Status at a glance

Sent, paid, or overdue — the invoice list shows where every job stands, with each customer's history behind it.

Paper when you need it

Download a PDF or image of any invoice for records, email attachments, or the customer who wants a printout.

Try the three steps on your next job.
